Some of you may have already heard of this flower, but for me this is a new discovery that has me absolutely smitten. It is called the Mango Magic flower and it is by far one of the most beautiful I have found to date.  The flower has quite a unique look that makes it different from others I have found in the past.

The Mango Magic flower is most commonly found in Florida, as a warm humid environment is the best growing condition for the plant. However, many people in other areas do grow the flowers within their green house with other ones with similar genes. The petals of the Mango Magic flower have an elliptical shape, with a slight overlap present. The tips of the flower are pointed, but the coloring of the flower is definitely the best aspect of this particular plant.

The leaves of the plant are dark green, while the petals are quite beautiful. The outside of the petals is a light pink, that fades to yellow and then to an orange ‘mango like’ color in the center. The back of each petal is a bright pink, adding to the beauty of the plant. The flower also has quite a patient ‘spicy’ scent making it a great accent in the home of those who love flowers.

Growing the flower can be difficult, even with a warm green house, so anyone interested in growing them would benefit from doing further research. There are other flowers somewhat similar to these that are quite beautiful as well, having a different color scheme, but grow in the same weather condition.
